Legacy Park Health and Rehabilitation in Knoxville, TN is seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist to join our in-house rehab program. The SLP will screen and evaluate patients with communication and swallowing disorders, develop treatment plans, and provide counseling to families.

This role supports geriatric care in a post-acute setting and involves collaboration with an in-house therapy team. Applicants must hold an SLP license and are welcome at all experience levels, including new grads.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist required.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients for speech, language, cognitive and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Assist patients with mobility and wound care as part of rehab goals.
• Provide consultation to patients, families, and caregivers on communication disorders.
• Complete discharge summaries in line with regulatory requirements.
