Job summary

A-Line Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse to administer immunizations such as influenza, COVID-19, MMR, and other vaccines in a retail healthcare setting, with PPE provided and a focus on compassionate patient care.

This PRN, California-based assignment offers flexible scheduling (minimum 3 days per week, 10:00 AM–7:30 PM) across Cupertino, Milpitas, San Jose and Sunnyvale locations, with start dates as early as one to two weeks from offer and potential extension or conversion.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in the state where you will be working.
• Minimum of one year nursing experience including immunizations.
• Current BLS certification.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to administer all vaccines.

Responsibilities

• Administer all required vaccines in accordance with established protocols.
• Educate patients regarding vaccines and answer questions.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation.
• Interact professionally with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Display empathy and compassion toward patients, caregivers, and team members.
• Adapt to changing patient volumes and workflow.
• Collaborate with team members to promote a positive healthcare environment.
• Motivate and support fellow staff members.
