Job summary

A-Line Staffing is seeking a Vaccination Registered Nurse to support the 2026 vaccination initiative across multiple California locations. This PRN role offers flexible scheduling in a retail healthcare setting with immunization responsibilities including flu, COVID-19 and MMR vaccines, under established protocols.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in the state where you will be working.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience including immunizations.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to administer all vaccines.

Responsibilities

• Administer vaccines including Influenza, COVID-19, MMR and others.
• Educate patients regarding vaccines and answer questions.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation.
• Interact professionally with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Display empathy toward patients, caregivers, and team members.
• Adapt to changing patient volumes and workflow.
• Collaborate with team to promote a positive healthcare environment.
• Support staff and help achieve clinic performance goals.
• Apply clinical knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
• Follow safety, infection control, and documentation requirements.
• Be flexible with work hours.
