Job summary

A-Line Staffing in California is seeking Registered Nurses to support the 2026 Vaccination Initiative in various CA locations. This PRN (as-needed) role offers flexible scheduling with shifts inside retail healthcare settings, focusing on immunizations for influenza, COVID-19, MMR and other vaccines.

Expected start as early as 1–2 weeks from offer through 12/01/2026, with potential extension or return next year.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state where you will be working.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience, including immunizations.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer all required vaccines in accordance with established protocols
• Educate patients regarding vaccines and answer questions
• Maintain accurate patient documentation
• Professionally interact with patients and healthcare professionals
• Display empathy and compassion toward patients, caregivers, and team members
• Adapt to changing patient volumes and workflow
• Collaborate with team members to promote a positive healthcare environment
• Motivate and support fellow staff members
• Assist in achieving clinic performance goals
• Apply clinical knowledge to improve patient outcomes
• Follow all safety, infection control, and documentation requirements
• Candidate MUST be flexible with work hours
