Job summary

Maple Grove Wellness & Rehabilitation in Fenton, MO is seeking PRN Registered Nurses (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our team on a flexible schedule. You’ll deliver high-quality nursing care in a skilled nursing/rehab setting and administer medications per physician orders.

This role emphasizes teamwork with CNAs and physicians, ensures accurate PCC documentation, and supports residents and families.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license (Missouri).
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in a skilled nursing/rehab setting.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes appropriately.
• Collaborate with physicians, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team.
• Supervise and support nursing assistants during shift.
• Ensure accurate documentation in PointClickCare (PCC).
