Job summary

Arrival Care is building a flexible Arizona RN network in the Greater Phoenix area, onboarding experienced RNs who want to provide one-on-one patient care on their own schedule.

As a PRN RN, you’ll be paid $80 per hour for care provided, operate as a 1099 contractor, and choose which patient opportunities to accept. There are no minimum shifts and you can view patient needs before accepting.

Qualifications

• Arizona RN license: current, active, and unencumbered.
• 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience, hospital or acute care preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong assessment and clinical judgment skills.
• Ability to work independently in one-on-one patient settings.
• Successful completion of Arrival Care's onboarding and credentialing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Post-hospitalization support for patients.
• Post-surgical care and recovery assistance.
• Nursing assessments and monitoring vital signs.
• Medication management and patient education.
• Wound care and patient advocacy.
• Care coordination and navigation for complex needs.
• Education for patients and families; ongoing support.
• Other RN services within scope as needed.
