The Village at Rockville is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Delegating Nurse to join our Assisted Living team on a PRN basis. You will provide clinical oversight and nursing expertise while collaborating with caregivers and the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, personalized care for residents.

Ideal candidates hold an RN license and have experience in assisted living or long-term care, with strong assessment, communication, and delegation skills.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Qualifications to perform Delegating Nurse responsibilities in an Assisted Living setting.
• Experience in Assisted Living, senior living, long-term care recommended.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to educate, delegate, and oversee care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing oversight and support for residents within Assisted Living.
• Complete resident assessments and contribute to individualized plans of care.
• Delegate appropriate nursing functions to qualified team members per requirements.
• Educate and support caregivers and medication technicians.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and coordinate follow-up.
• Review medication administration practices and support safe medication management.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, pharmacy partners, and team members.
• Ensure nursing documentation meets standards.
• Serve as a clinical resource promoting resident-centered care.
