Job summary

Roshal Health is seeking a Respiratory Therapist in Oregon to assess, monitor, and treat patients with respiratory conditions. You will perform spirometry and pulmonary function tests, educate patients, and collaborate with physicians and nurses in developing individualized treatment plans.

The role is PRN, hourly W2 with flexible scheduling. Licensure as a Respiratory Therapist is required; NBRC certification and/or CPFT preferred; weekend shifts are not required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of respiratory equipment and medications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Pulmonary Function Screenings using spirometry to perform tests.
• Educate patients on preparation and execution of pulmonary function tests and inhaler use.
• Administer respiratory treatments such as albuterol.
• Perform pre- and post-PFTs including lung capacity measurements.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies as needed.
• Collaborate with pulmonology and care teams; maintain patient safety and standards.
