Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a flexible Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in Augusta, GA. This PRN position offers up to 20 hours per week with weekday and potential weekend shifts, supporting therapists and patients to improve mobility and function.

You will collaborate on treatment plans, educate patients and families, and document sessions while upholding safety and confidentiality in a homecare setting.

Qualifications

• PTA licensure and BLS certification required.
• Associates degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; high ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans and adjust goals in partnership with therapists and patients.
• Provide patient and family education, discharge instructions, and referrals.
• Accurately document sessions and complete required reports.
