Qualifications

• Licensed PTA in North Carolina (NC PTA) or eligible.
• Experience with post-acute and long-term care settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
• Deliver care to post-acute and long-term care patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Accurately document patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists and restorative nursing staff.
