Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled nursing team in Bryan, Ohio on a PRN basis. The PTA will provide treatments under a Physical Therapist, help residents with mobility, and document progress.

Requirements include an Ohio PTA license and graduation from an accredited PTA program; SNF/geriatric experience is a plus. The role emphasizes teamwork, compassion, and strong clinical skills in a supportive therapy environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Help residents reach their highest level of independence.
