Job summary

HealthPro Heritage is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a PRN opportunity at Rockingham County Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Brentwood, NH. Qualifications

Associate’s degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from an accredited program.
Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant or license eligible.
Strong assessment, diagnostic and therapeutic abilities with excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy and modality applications per therapists’ plans.
Monitor and document patient progress; educate patients and families on treatment protocols and self-care.
Accurately document treatments, progress and responses per facility policies and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with Physical Therapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
