Job summary

Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide geriatric therapy during home visits in Homosassa, FL. This PRN position offers flexibility with the schedule and compensation of $65 per 4-unit treatment, aligning with patient needs and facility partnerships.

Responsibilities include delivering skilled PT interventions, promoting mobility and independence, coordinating with physicians and families, and maintaining timely documentation in the client’s plan

Qualifications

• Active Florida PTA license.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required).
• Able to see patients in ZIP codes 33805 and 33801.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the plan of care.
• Help patients improve mobility, function, and independence.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and the care team.
• Complete accurate, timely documentation.
