Job summary

Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a PRN role in the Tampa Bay, FL area. Join our outpatient therapy-at-home team serving Assisted Living Facilities and provide high-quality geriatric therapy to help residents maintain independence.

This PRN position offers a flexible schedule with visits at one location, clinical autonomy, and transparent payment reporting. Active Florida PTA licensure and an associate degree are required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Florida PTA license.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the plan of care
• Help patients improve mobility, function, and independence
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and the care team
• Complete accurate, timely documentation
