Job summary

StaffingSoft, Inc. is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our PRN team at Lafayette Pointe in West Lafayette, OH.

You will provide high-quality care by implementing treatment plans under supervision, documenting patient progress, and guiding patients through home exercise programs. This on-site role offers daytime PRN shifts, with licensing requirements and a preference for candidates with prior PTA experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required as part of the qualification set.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant license.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.
