Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team on a PRN basis in Panama City, FL. You will implement treatment plans under a supervising Physical Therapist and contribute to patient progress documentation while supporting home exercise education for patients.

The role offers daytime PRN shifts at St. Andrews Bay Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Panama City with flexible scheduling and collaborative clinical oversight.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program.
• Current, unencumbered state PTA license is required.
• 1 year of previous PTA experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.
