Job summary

H2 Health in Paris, KY is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient team. You’ll evaluate patients, develop individualized plans of care, and guide rehab across orthopedic, sports, post-surgical, and neurological cases.

New graduates are welcome; outpatient experience is not required. This flexible role offers responsible patient care with AI-assisted documentation and a supportive, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree (DPT) or equivalent (MSPT/MPT/BPT).
• Current Kentucky PT license or eligibility for licensure.
• CPR certification, if applicable.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered care.
• New graduates are welcome; outpatient experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized, evidence-based plans of care.
• Provide therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, manual interventions, and functional training.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, function, and return to activity.
• Educate patients on movement, recovery, and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with clinicians and support staff to deliver coordinated care.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
