Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners in Garnet Valley, PA is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for PRN daytime shifts. A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and an active PA license with NPTE eligibility are required; 1 year of PT experience is preferred.

The role includes evaluating, developing, and implementing individualized treatment plans, documenting progress, and educating patients and families on home exercise programs.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the NPTE.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
