The Springs of Fairfield Bay (2) is seeking a compassionate PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team in Fairfield Bay, AR. You will design and implement individualized treatment plans to help residents regain strength, restore mobility, and achieve independence.

In this flexible, as-needed role, you’ll supervise PTAs, monitor progress, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to educate residents and caregivers on mobility techniques and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Arkansas.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop personalized treatment plans
• Provide direct physical therapy services to support recovery and functional goals
