Job summary

HealthPro Heritage is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist for Nazareth Center in Kalamazoo. Join an Assisted Living setting with a flexible schedule and a pay range of $50-54/hr. As a therapist-led organization, we provide diverse clinical services across nursing facilities, hospitals, home care, schools, and clinics.

You’ll assess patients, design and implement treatment plans, educate families, and document care while collaborating with the care team to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist or license eligible.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' mobility, strength, and pain to guide therapy.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and education to patients and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare team for integrated patient care.
