Job summary

HealthPro Heritage in Hillsdale County is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our skilled nursing rehab team. The position offers a flexible schedule with weekday and weekend coverage options and pay starting at $53/hr based on experience.

You will assess patients, develop and guide treatment plans, educate patients and families, document progress, and collaborate with other clinicians to ensure high-quality care and positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist or license eligible.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment: Evaluate patients' physical conditions, including mobility, strength, and flexibility.
• Treatment and Education: Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other treatments to improve function and reduce pain; educate on home routines.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress and treatment plans.
• Collaboration: Work with healthcare providers to ensure effective patient care.
