Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners in Avon, Ohio seeks a licensed Physical Therapist for PRN coverage. The role offers daytime PRN shifts within a supportive team led by experienced therapists who value quality care.

The successful candidate will hold a DPT, a current Ohio license, and NPTE eligibility, with about one year of PT experience preferred. You’ll evaluate, plan, and implement patient-centered treatments while educating patients and families.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the NPTE.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
