Continuum Therapy Partners in Kent, Ohio seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our PRN team under the direction of licensed therapists. You will contribute to a collaborative care model and support patient-centered goals through hands-on therapy.

This PRN role offers daytime scheduling with on-site work at Tamarack Ridge, Kent, OH, focusing on flexible, quality care in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program.
• Current, unencumbered state PTA license.
• 1 year of PTA experience preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.
