Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our PRN team in Uhrichsville, Ohio. You will work daytime PRN shifts, maintaining the same clinical standards as our full-time therapists to ensure continuity of care.

• Associate degree required in Physical Therapist Assistant Program.
• Current, unencumbered state PTA license.

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.

• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.
