Job summary

Rehab Without Walls seeks a PRN Rehab Technician for our pediatric outpatient clinic in Lynnwood, WA. You will help prepare treatment areas, support therapists, and handle clerical tasks to keep the clinic running smoothly while ensuring a positive patient experience.

The role requires afternoon availability, reliability, and strong communication. Prior healthcare or pediatric exposure is a plus, and a valid driver's license is required for transport duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Two years' experience driving a motor vehicle.
• Experience in patient care in a rehab center preferred.
• Demonstrates effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Able to relate to and work with disabled, elderly and upset individuals.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have a valid driver's license and auto liability insurance.
• Background checks must meet company standards.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients to and from treatment areas as scheduled.
• Prepare patients for treatment.
• Assist with and/or provide treatment as directed by therapists.
• Transport clients in company van for community activities.
• Assist in clerical and patient-related duties, including documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness of treatment areas and department.
• Ensure adequate stock of supplies and equipment.
• Record daily treatment charges and documentation per guidelines.
• Coordinate with other departments and rehab staff.
• Attend department and facility meetings and improvement programs.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and ethics standards.
