Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist clients on/off van and transport to destinations.
• Ensure vehicle safety, proper lifting and seat-belt use.
• Safely operate vehicle to transport patients to destinations.
• Conduct routine vehicle checks and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate trip logs including mileage and incidents.
• Adhere to traffic laws, safety protocols, and HIPAA regulations.
