Job summary

Brushy Creek Post Acute in Greer, South Carolina, is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our rehabilitation team on a PRN basis. You will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team to maximize independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy required; Master's or Doctorate preferred.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred.
• Experience with PCC and Casamba preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services per physician orders and goals.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, residents, families, and rehab team.
• Participate in care plan meetings, rehab conferences, and discharge planning.
