Job summary

Stern Therapy Consultants is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) in Worcester, MA to provide flexible and high-quality therapy services. This role is part of a collaborative rehabilitation team, assisting both short-term and long-term care residents.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license required.
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills are essential.
• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide treatment focused on activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Recommend adaptive equipment to maximize resident independence.
• Collaborate with PTs and SLPs to coordinate resident care.
• Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
