Job summary

Concept Rehab in Owosso, MI is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OTR) for a PRN opportunity to evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.

You'll provide skilled OT interventions to improve independence and quality of life, monitor progress, and collaborate with nursing and therapy colleagues to achieve positive outcomes. Current Michigan OT license and graduation from an accredited OT program are required.

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapist license in Michigan.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Provide skilled OT interventions to improve functional abilities, independence, and quality of life
