Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy plans of care.
• Provide treatment addressing activities of daily living, strength, coordination, cognition, balance, and functional performance.
• Establish measurable therapy goals and monitor resident progress.
• Recommend adaptive techniques and equipment to promote safety and independence.
• Adjust treatment approaches based on individual needs and clinical progress.
• Educate residents and caregivers on strategies that support daily function.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with COTAs and other members of the care team.
