PACS Group is seeking a caring Occupational Therapist (OT) to join Hillsboro Post Acute on a PRN basis. You will evaluate residents, develop treatment plans, and provide OT services focused on activities of daily living, strength, and independence.

Collaboration with the care team and thorough documentation are essential. The ideal candidate holds an OT license in the state and has strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• Current Occupational Therapist license in the State of Ohio.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred.
• Passion for patient-centered care and rehabilitation.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services focusing on activities of daily living, strength, coordination, and functional independence.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment.
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and medical staff to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory standards.
