Qualifications

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and Medicare billing.
Responsibilities
- Communicate findings to clinical manager and interdisciplinary team.
- Assess patient condition and perform face-to-face encounters.
- Order and review diagnostic procedures and document treatment plans.
- Make referrals to other disciplines based on patient needs.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team conferences.
