Veterans Services Sandusky is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for PRN, full-time positions at our Sandusky, Ohio facility. The LPN will provide direct nursing care, perform medication administration, and monitor residents' well-being as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Qualificações

• Licensed Practical Nurse with Ohio license.
• Experience providing direct patient care in a long-term care setting is preferred.
• Familiar with medical records documentation and medication administration.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with medical treatments and administer medications as ordered.
• Observe and report residents’ condition to the medical team.
• Maintain accurate care plans and daily progress notes.
• Provide nursing care including vital signs, mobility support, and hygiene.
