Avera Oahe Manor is seeking an LPN to join a multidisciplinary team delivering resident care. Shifts rotate 6:00am–6:30pm and 6:00pm–6:30am; the role requires an active LPN license and 3–5 years of experience.

You will perform nursing care, administer medications, conduct rounds, document thoroughly, and participate in care planning and QAPI activities. The position offers flexible hours and a competitive $35/hr wage with a minimum annual hour commitment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with an active license in the state of practice.
• 3–5 years of nursing experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team.

Responsabilités

• Perform professional nursing care to residents per needs.
• Conduct daily rounds and communicate with the team.
• Administer routine medications and document administration.
