Avalon Nursing and Rehab in Passaic, NJ is seeking a compassionate PRN Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing environment. You will work on an as-needed schedule to support residents and the care team.

Ideal candidates hold an active NJ LPN license, have experience in long-term care, and excel in communication and teamwork to deliver quality, person-centered care to residents and families alike.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in New Jersey.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Work shifts as needed on your schedule.
• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Monitor residents’ health, administer medications, and document care accurately.
• Provide emotional support and build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
