Job summary

National Recruiters is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for flexible PRN in-home Health Risk Assessments in Hobbs, NM. You will conduct comprehensive HRAs, review medical histories, and perform basic health evaluations while traveling locally within your area.

This independent contractor role offers a flexible schedule, competitive pay with incentives, and no on-call duties, with an iPad and EMR support provided.

Qualifications

• Active NP or PA license required (excludes Pediatrics, PMHNP and Women's Health).
• Must be available for at least eight full 7.5-hour days per month.
• Willingness to travel within roughly 60 minutes of home.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home Health Risk Assessments for Medicare Advantage members.
• Review patient history, medications, lifestyle and key social factors.
• Perform basic physical and mental health evaluations.
• Travel locally to patients in your county and nearby areas.
