Job summary

BrightStar Care of Appleton is seeking an In-Home Caregiver to support clients on a flexible PRN basis. Earn $15–$18/hr and choose shifts that fit your schedule while delivering compassionate, personalized care in home settings.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, grooming, mobility, following care plans, and documenting care accurately. A valid driver’s license, 1 year of caregiving experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of caregiving experience (Caregiver, CNA, HHA, or PCA) required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable insured transportation required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform basic physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Help with mobility and daily activities.
• Follow care plans and document care accurately.
• Build positive relationships with clients and their families
