Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have valid Wisconsin driver's license and auto insurance proof.
• Background check completed as required by WI Caregiver standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care support: bathing, grooming, toileting, hygiene per service plan.
• Assist with daily living activities and safe transfers.
• Complete applicable documentation for tasks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming group home environment.
• Prepare and serve meals per dietary needs and guidelines.
• Support members during social and recreational activities.
