Job summary

PAM Voyages Behavioral Health of Conroe is seeking a Behavioral Therapist to join our team, caring for a diverse patient population. The role includes evening outpatient shifts (3x weekly) and 2 weekend shifts, with inpatient/outpatient exposure and commitment to learning.

The therapist will provide diagnostic assessments, therapy, and counseling, contribute to treatment plans, and collaborate with the psychiatric/medical director and treatment team to achieve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in diagnostic assessment and therapy services.
• State-licensed (LICSW/LMFT) preferred; LPC/LGSW considered.
• BLS certification required; crisis management certification as per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic assessments, therapy, and counseling for a mixed caseload.
• Develop and review treatment plans; conduct family assessments.
• Consult with attending psychiatrist or medical director regarding plan of care.
• Document interventions and coordinate with interdisciplinary team.
• Refer clients to outside resources as needed.
