Henry Ford Health in Detroit, MI seeks a highly qualified Allergist/Immunologist to join our Allergy & Immunology Division on a contingent basis. The physician will provide outpatient allergy and immunology services across Henry Ford Health clinics in the Detroit market.

The ideal candidate demonstrates clinical excellence, teamwork, and a commitment to high-quality, evidence-based care for diverse populations. There are no call responsibilities and teaching opportunities may be available.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Completion of an accredited Allergy & Immunology Fellowship.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Allergy & Immunology.
• Eligible for unrestricted Michigan medical licensure.
• DEA registration and controlled substance licensure.
• Eligibility for medical staff privileges at Henry Ford Health.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat allergic, immunologic, and respiratory conditions.
• Interpret allergy skin testing and laboratory studies.
• Administer and oversee allergen immunotherapy.
• Perform and interpret pulmonary function testing and spirometry as appropriate.
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with national guidelines.
• Coordinate care with primary care physicians and specialists.
