Job summary

Dribbler Soccer is expanding its team of private soccer trainers to deliver personalized lessons for players of all ages. You’ll travel to parks or clients’ locations, set your own schedule, and receive payments within 24 hours after each lesson.

Expect a flexible, client-focused role with strong earning opportunities. We require at least 2 years of coaching experience, reliable transportation, and a clear background check.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience coaching or training soccer players of any age.
• Reliable transportation for traveling to training locations.
• Complete a clear criminal background check.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with players and clients.
• Energetic and engaging personality, especially with children and teens.
• Ability to provide your own soccer training equipment for lessons.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-on-1) and group soccer lessons.
• Schedule lessons flexibly to suit your and the client’s availability.
• Travel to client locations as needed.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to players’ abilities and goals.
• Assess players’ skills, track progress, and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide the necessary equipment for each lesson.
• Deliver engaging and enjoyable training experiences.
• Ensure player safety during sessions.
• Communicate progress with parents and clients.
