Job summary

Dribbler Soccer is expanding its team of professional private soccer trainers to conduct lessons for players of all ages. You’ll travel to local parks or clients’ locations, set your own schedule, and receive payment within 24 hours post-lesson.

We require a minimum of 2 years of coaching experience, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check. Trainers provide their own equipment and deliver engaging, safe sessions with clear communication to clients and parents.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience coaching or training soccer players of any age.
• Reliable transportation for traveling to training locations.
• Complete a clear criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-on-1) and group soccer lessons.
• Schedule lessons flexibly to suit your and the client’s availability.
• Travel safely to and from clients’ training locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each player’s abilities and goals.
• Assess players’ skills, track progress, and adapt lessons to fit their needs.
• Provide the equipment needed for lessons.
• Deliver engaging and high-quality training sessions.
• Ensure player safety during training.
• Communicate progress to parents, clients, or caregivers.
