Job summary

Dribbler Soccer is expanding its team of professional private soccer trainers across the United States. Trainers travel to parks or clients’ locations, offering 1-on-1 and group lessons with flexible scheduling and payments within 24 hours after each lesson.

We require at least 2 years of coaching experience, reliable transportation, and a clear background check. You’ll design personalized lesson plans and ensure safety and high-quality instruction for players of all ages.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience coaching or training soccer players.
• Reliable transportation for traveling to training locations.
• Clear criminal background check.
• Strong communication skills to engage with players and clients.
• Energetic and engaging personality, especially with children and teens.
• Ability to provide your own soccer training equipment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-on-1) and group soccer lessons.
• Schedule lessons flexibly to suit your and the client’s availability.
• Travel safely to and from clients’ preferred training locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each player’s abilities and goals.
• Assess players’ skills, track progress, and adapt lessons to fit their needs.
• Provide the equipment needed to have a successful lesson.
• Deliver a comprehensive, enjoyable, and engaging learning experience.
• Ensure the safety of all players during training sessions.
• Communicate effectively with parents, clients, or caregivers about player progress.
