Job summary

STXZ LLC is seeking independent lacrosse coaches in the San Antonio area to cover private lesson requests. You run the sessions, are paid per one-hour session, and STXZ handles client acquisition and scheduling. Coaches control pace, drills, and location in coordination with clients.

Coaches are independent contractors, receive payment within 24–48 hours after submitting a session briefing, and are responsible for taxes and insurance. No guaranteed minimum number of lessons.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching lacrosse at youth, high school, or college levels.
• Willing to operate as an independent contractor.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Own transportation and basic training equipment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private lacrosse lessons on schedule with clients.
• Set drills, pace, and session structure based on expertise.
• Submit a brief lesson summary on the platform after each session.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and STXZ team.
