STXZ Lacrosse in San Ramon is seeking independent lacrosse coaches to meet local private-lesson demand. We bring you clients, handle administration, and let you coach on a flexible schedule. Coaches choose when and where to work—at the client’s home, a local field, or a park—while you deliver session plans and pace.

Payouts are per completed session, with 24–48 hour turnaround after briefing. This is independent contractor work; you manage taxes and scheduling, while STXZ provides liability

Qualifications

• Coaching experience at youth, high school, club, or college level.
• Independent contractor status and ability to manage own schedule.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Run lacrosse sessions with client-approved drills and pacing.
• Coordinate schedule and location with families (home, field, park).
• Submit a brief lesson summary after each session.
• Maintain professional conduct and coaching standards.
