STXZ LLC is seeking independent lacrosse coaches in the Miami area to handle private lessons. We connect you with families, provide client offers, and handle admin so you can focus on coaching.

You control your schedule, rates, and territory. Lessons are paid per completed session, with payout within 24‑48 hours; 1099‑NEC issued at year end if earnings exceed $2,000 through the platform.

No quotas, no penalties for declining offers, and you keep complete coaching autonomy.

Qualifications

• Coaching experience at youth, high school, club, or college level.
• 18 or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Willing to complete a third‑party background check.
• Reliable transportation to training locations.
• Your own stick and basic training equipment.
• Strong communication with parents, players, and STXZ.
• Professional independence with families and youth athletes.

Responsibilities

• Review client offers and decide to take them.
• Contact the client within 24 hours of acceptance.
• Run sessions at client locations (home, field, or park) as scheduled by the client.
• Submit a quick lesson briefing on the platform after the session.
• Get paid per completed session.
