Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking Private Duty Nurses (RN/LPN) to provide in-home direct patient care under the prescribed plan of care. You will monitor progress, document vitals, and collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

We offer flexible scheduling (FT, PT, PRN), competitive pay and benefits, and a daily pay option. Reliable transportation is required to reach care sites and support patients in their homes.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensure: Current unrestricted RN or LPN license for the relevant state.
• CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification required.
• Reliable transportation to care sites and/or work locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home direct patient care according to the prescribed plan of care.
• Assess and document patient conditions and report changes as needed.
• Administer medication, insulin, and IV/fluids; document thoroughly.
• Inspect and care for wounds and assist with personal hygiene.
• Assess patients for injuries, infections, bedsores, and deliver appropriate treatments.
• Collaborate with providers, aides, and health professionals to ensure outcomes.

Education

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

RN/LPN licensure in state of position

CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
