Job summary

Park Nicollet Health Services in Maple Grove, MN seeks Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians to join our Extended Hours Access team. This non-traditional schedule offers a .58 - 1.0 FTE with autonomy, flexibility, and team-based care in a outpatient setting.

The position requires board certification/eligibility in Family Medicine and involves no on-call duties, on-site RN and department support to manage complex follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Board certification/eligibility in Family Medicine.
• Out-patient position with ability to perform in-clinic procedures.
• 5+ years full-scope Family Medicine experience.

Responsibilities

• No Call
• In-basket support
• An on-site department assistant to assist with clerical tasks
• An on-site RN to support patients with complex conditions and assist you with patient follow-up
• Triage provided by registered nurses
• Flexible scheduling for the lifestyle-conscious, including clinician control over appointment length
• Collegial relationships with a large group of excellent subspecialists
