HealthPartners, Inc. seeks Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians for the Maple Grove Extended Hours Access team. The role offers a non-traditional 4 on / 10 off schedule with a .58 FTE to 1.0 FTE, emphasizing autonomy, flexibility, and team-based care.

The position requires 5+ years of full-scope Family Medicine experience and board certification/eligibility. Out-patient procedures and strong collaboration with clinic staff are essential components.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years full scope Family Medicine experience.
• Board certification/board eligibility in Family Medicine.
• Out-patient position with ability to perform in-clinic procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Provide extended access care at Maple Grove clinic as part of the Extended Hours Access team.
• Work the 4 on / 10 off schedule model with 23.2 hrs weekly / .58 FTE.
• Collaborate with on-site RN, department assistant, and care team to coordinate patient care.
