Job summary

Park Nicollet Clinics in Maple Grove seeks Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians to join our Extended Hours Access team, offering a non-traditional schedule that values autonomy and work-life balance. This outpatient position is 0.58–1.0 FTE with minimal call and strong team support.

Candidates should have board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine and a minimum of five years' full-scope experience.

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine.
• Minimum 5+ years of full-scope Family Medicine experience.
• Out-patient, clinic-based care at Maple Grove clinic.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient Family Medicine or Internal Medicine care at the Maple Grove clinic.
• Join the Extended Hours Access team with a non-traditional schedule emphasizing work-life balance.
• Collaborate with on-site care team to deliver extended access care.
